Best homemade granola ever!

I LOVE granola. And I think a lot of people do. What I don’t really love, is when you look at the ingredient list of a grocery store bought package of granola. It contains so much sugar, it always makes my teeth hurt in advance. I thought it would be nice to make my own granola, so I can decide exactly what goes inside. It’s very simple to do. All you have to do is mix the ingredients together.

As I said, you can decide what you put in, and also the quantity. I used these ingredients:

  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup line seeds
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup goji berries
  • 1 cup dried red fruit
  • 1 cup coconut flakes
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  1. Turn the oven on at 180 C.
  2. Add all the ingredients together and mix until everything sticks together.
  3. Then just spread everything out on the baking tray.
  4. Bake for 15 min. Let it cool down and put the granola in a jar or container.
  5. Enjoy!
