Lately I’ve been trying healthier versions of snacks for my late-night, every hour( I just love to snack) cravings. What I found out, is that I actually LOVED every single one of them. I tried kale chips for the first time, a little late with the #ilovekale but its true what they say, roasted chickpeas and now these vegan truffles.
They are gooey, sweet and in my opinion better then the normal chocolate truffels. You don’t have to feel guilty when you want to take nice pictures of them, and just can’t stop eating them, and then end up with an empty looking bowl in the picture. At least you can see I really do enjoyed them.
Another nice thing, that i appreciate in all things, is that it’s super easy to make and you only need 3 Ingredients!!
To make them you’ll need:
- 10 dates
- 10 dried prunes
- 2 spoons of raw cacao powder
- Take the pit out of the dates, put everything together in a blender and blend.
- Take some more cacao powder and roll the sticky mixture into little balls.
- You can put them in the fridge to harden up a little bit, and then… see for your self, they’re great!
